Removing commented sections from debian/control file

Hi,

I have attached a patch generated after having removed the commented out sections of libtinymail-mozembed components to avoid lintian warnings from the system.
This removes the commented out sections of : 
 - libtinymailui-mozembed-1.0-0
 - libtinymailui-mozembed-1.0-0-dev
 - libtinymailui-mozembed-1.0-0-dbg
from the debian/control.maemo-chinook and debian/control.maemo-diablo
