GtkHTML support in Tinymail

Hi there,

I just committed unfinished GtkHTML support in Tinymail. I indeed peeked
a little bit at your Modest code, Jose. Don't be surprised if you
recognise some pieces here and there.

Right now if you view a HTML message, the GtkWidget is too small to show
it correctly. Other than that, it loads the HTML and it seems to load
the attached images too. We'll of course get this fixed.

Note for Dape: I adapted it to tny_mime_part_decode_to_stream_async API
of TnyMimePart. You can reuse this code in Modest too, of course. We can
of course also discuss and think about letting Modest inherit these new
types for its GtkHTML based msg-view components.

Go ahead, propose ideas, code, patches. I consider you to be the expert
on this Dape :-). Perhaps check with Dirk-Jan how he feels about this?
