Images in the Gecko message viewer

Some dude is working on this, I gave him a few tips on why his patch was
wrong at some locations.

Among them security problems because of having an own brew predictable
algorithm for determining the filename in /tmp: you don't want a viri to
alter images that your girlfriend attached to her E-mails to have Viagra
advertising in them in stead of a picture of cute adorable puppies, for
example (imaging receiving such an E-mail, from your miss, gah!)

Feel free to guide this person if there's an urgency for you that the
Gecko based HTML message viewer supports viewing inline images.

Of course once we discover the hidden Gecko API for providing it with
our own image buffer (in stead of having to write the file to /tmp),
we'll replace the code with that ... (looks like Gecko has no such API,
but it might be interesting to scan the source code of Firebird).
