Message transfers between maildir folders

If somebody feels like doing some improvements:

These got reverted because of a small regression:

http://tinymail.org/trac/tinymail/changeset/3511

Figuring out what was wrong with it and putting it back in place would
make message transfers between two maildir folders go very fast and
consume virtually no memory.
