Python bindings update.

Hello,

I have added a page to the Wiki,
http://www.tinymail.org/trac/tinymail/wiki/PythonBindings, which will be
kept up to date with the progress of the bindings.

The bindings generation has just been changed so that its possible to
implement the Tinymail interfaces in Python - Revision 2772. This should
allow moving more functionality to Python - such as implementing an
account store or message view. I have not yet made much progress in
wrapping missing parts of the tinymail API but I intend to move on to
this as I work on the python demo.
