POP3 problems should be fixed

The POP3 problems should now all be fixed (depends on how you define
'all', of course). I have been testing with the GMail POP3 service and
it seems to work well. Even with the TnyFolderMonitor incremental
filling up your TnyGtkHeaderListModel (this only works since recently
with POP3).
