Python bindings, ping

Note:

Some API changes have happened and the Python bindings are not updated
for that.

We're nearing a first release so a final update should take place at
some point.

I would enjoy the opportunity to enable these bindings in Tinymail's
first release. Especially after the great work done by Mark.

But it has to build and work for course :)

I'm willing to delay a first release for a few days if necessary, but
I'm not yet releasing tomorrow either. There are a few more days (maybe
weeks, even) ... so: ping!
