Unit tests find bugs

o. The TnyList unit test has been adapted to support testing all
existing list types

o. Cause of that new bugs where found. Among those where bugs at the
removing and at the iterating part in some tree models implemented as
lists.

o. Those bugs where squashed and fixed

o. The other unit tests have once more been updated a little bit: the
folder unit test had a folder-name in the test-account wrong
