Upgraded the camel-lite of tinymail with Matthews work

Matthew Barnes <mbarnes redhat com> has been improving Camel a lot
lately. I decided not to wait for his work to go upstream and merge
camel-lite with it already.

This merging work has been done.

Pending (CamelException replacement with GError):
