Added documentation

I added a few examples to the API documentation of tinymail.

Hint: it would be interesting to see people contribute in this area ;-)

The documentation is also online. Added examples are for example at the
folder, the folderstore, the device, the ... the .... type

The idea is that indeed (and I'm serious about it) catting all the
examples together should be a theoretical complete working E-mail client
(theoretical because it doesn't have to compile, it's okay that pieces
will be pseudo and/or incomplete). It shouldn't be hard to convert the
missing pieces into glue that does indeed compile.

That's indeed the level of documentation examples that I want.
