Tinymail on devices

I made sure that the Maemo build works without any changes needed to the
build environment.

Just use the checkout of Subversion directly in a scratchbox using

--with-platform=maemo

Then cd libtinymail-camel/camel-lite ; gcc iconv-detect.c; ./a.out ;
cd ../.. ; make ; make install

I will check with Koen Kooi whether I can bring his ticonv.m4 changes
upstream somehow. His changes simply remove the check and put a correct
iconv-detect.h at the right location automatically.

I know something has to happen with this detecting code. Or I will check
the Camel code that needs the defines that are generated. Or I will try
to fix it in the build procedure so that it no longer needs to generate
this crappy stuff by running a little program (which makes cross
compilation more of a difficulty than it should be).

Feel free to assist me with this. I can again use your help with this.
