Offline mode

Hi there,

Tinymail now supports offline and online mode (really supports and
really tested this time). I had to look at Evolution a little bit to
figure out what I had been doing wrong.

It turned out I had to manually do some things for offline folders and
disco folders.

I also added a "forced online" and "forced offline" feature to the
tny_device_iface. This can be used to enforce manual online and offline
settings (next to automated ones using for example NetworkManager).
