I'm committing the tny_folder_copy implementation and new API.
This one is highly unfinished, untested and is expected to fuckup your
IMAP account, kill your dog, kat, woman or husband, grandmother,
grandfather, children, set your car on fire and murder Santa Claus.
So please test it. You can delete and move entire folders with it.
