API Changes, rename GetPassFunc and ForgetPassFunc to TnyGetPassFunc and TnyForgetPassFunc

Hi there,

API breakage is among us.

These two delegate types (GetPassFunc and ForgetPassFunc) where
conflicting the namespace rules and would have made it more difficult
for language generators and refactoring tools to use the code.

I renamed them to TnyGetPassFunc and TnyForgetPassFunc. Have fun fixing
your code.
