[tasque-list] Hiveminder Backend

Hello,

I just pushed some initial work on Hiveminder backend. Currently it can do a read-only display of tasks and categories[1].

Authentication part is screwed up. So you may have to enter your credentials in $HOME/.config/tasque/hm.
Eg :

line1-email-address
line2-password

This is temporary as we should be using OAuth[2].

Code is not clean. Feel free to change / fix it .
