System Tools Backends Version 2.9.2, 2010-02-08

The System Tools Backends version 2.9.2 "One At a Time" have been
released. This development release is incompatible with the previous 2.8
series.
Changes since last release
==========================
- Allow committing changes to only one service at a time (new
ServiceConfig2 object)
- Re-enable list of forbidden services: distributors should report
if they wish to hide more of them
- Support encrypted home directories on Debian/Ubuntu
- Remove unneeded dependency on Authen::PAM
