[system-tools] Arch Linux backend

Hi to all,
I was trying to create the arch linux backend, due to the few time I can 
actually dedicate to the project I propose to the admin to send you all the 
regexp needed to correctly detect all the required configuration.

a little example:
---------------------------
HOSTNAME

file: /etc/rc.conf
example: HOSTNAME="myhostname"
regexp: /^\s*HOSTNAME\s*=\s*"(.*)"/
---------------------------

I already have written some other regexp that I would like to send you.
Let me know, I'd really like to see the Arch Linux backends.
