[Setup-tool-hackers] new time-admin dialog proposal

Hi all,

After a little conversation in #gst about the "mess" of the current
time-admin dialog, I decided to tidy it up, the screenshot is at
http://www.ultimaorbita.com/~garnacho/gst/time/screenshot.png, what do
you think about it? do I change the dialog? do I leave the old one?
