[Setup-tool-hackers] Bugs in version 0.21.0

  Hello,

   First of all let you know that I have preliminar Debian packages of
  GST available at http://people.debian.org/~jsogo/gst

   Second, tell you that these GST seems to crash a lot. I have received
  a couple of mails telling the same (look at the end of Debian bug
  #161135). Of course a lot of them can have benn fixed in the way to
  0.22.0, but I wanted you to know.

   And, by last, is there any way to move bugs from bugzilla.ximian.com
  to bugzilla.gnome.org? If this can be done, perhaps should be done.
