They are an independent module right now. setup-tool-backends, so the
CVS module name is not GNOME specific.

They talked about doing that, but i don't think they got anywhere apart
from setting up a website and a mailing list. I really hope that the KDE
project moves forward, but I don't see it any activity in that camp.
