[Setup-tool-hackers] gnome-1-4 branch & GNOME 2.0 port

I branched XST for gnome-1-4 development, HEAD is for the GNOME 2.0
platform. I already ported autogen/configure/Makefiles and src/common
for libxml2. I'll try to get one tool working this weekend, one which
doesn't use e-table.

To get the stable branch :

cvs -z3 co -r gnome-1-4 ximian-setup-tools
