[Setup-tool-hackers] ximian-setup-tools menus

Hi,

maybe this is a stupid remark, but I just installed the
ximian-setup-tools from rpm, and noticed that by default links are put
in the old gnome-menu and not in the ximian menu... it's not hard to fix
it manually, but maybe it is some kind of bug?
