[Setup-tool-hackers] Display tool

Hello,

Did You all know that chaning X resolution at runtime (ctrl+alt+'+')
can't change virtual desktop, right?

It makes display tool look bad when compared with MS counterpart.

But things are improving! Keith Packard and Jim Gettys started working
on new XFree86-4 extension called RandR which means "Resize and Rotate
Extension". It uses Render extension and works on top of that. As far as
I know it's not even in CVS yet but it is working already on TinyX (they
stared it on TinyX cause it's tiny and simple, right? :). You can read
