[Setup-tool-hackers] same as it ever was - jan 22 -> 26

this week was a lot of cleanup:

 * cleaned up the tasklist patch and committed it to HEAD gnome-core
 * gnomeified the root-manager login window
 * currently reworking the old tool.[ch]
