Hi. I changed the code inside the BEGIN block of all the *-conf.in files,
so now you don't have to make nor make install to test the backends: you
can simply run ./backend-conf.in from the xst backend/ directory.

The only change here is that if you want to name the directory where the
backends are being installed, use $SCRIPTSDIR instead of ___scriptsdir___
(only cases I saw were display-conf.in and platform.pl.in).
