[Setup-tool-hackers] backends debug/backup dirs changed.

I forgot to mention in the last e-mail that the debug and backup dirs are
now under "/var/cache/setup-tool-backends". This should not be fixed in
file.pl.in, but taken from a configure variable (chema)?

And the xst_xml_print_structure function is in, as well as the new schema
xsd file for internetsharing.
