[Setup-tool-hackers] "Default" button in Boot tool

Oh. The default button does not "restore factory defautls" but sets the
entry as the default boot item.

That's not real obvious, could it be a checkbox next to the default
entry in the entry list? Or part of the "Edit..." ("Settings") dialog?
