[Setup-tool-hackers] e-table AGAIN

Hello,

it's finally in. For users and for groups. It has a bug in delete
function, but I'll try to fix that (It works 90% of time). When it's done,
I first plan to get rid of current_user and current_group global variables
and then get rid of user_list and group_list as well. We really don't need
them anymore.

As I said, You need cvs gal to compile it from now on...

PS. using e-table is WEIRD :)
