[Setup-tool-hackers] my week

What a week.

So over the weekend, I finished up the new xst-tool objects, and ported
the time tool to anna's new gui.

then i started porting the other tools over to the new api.  then was
the fun hp ux gnome building action, followed by 2 days in NYC.

today i finished porting the rest of the tools, and removed the old
tool.[ch] from the cvs tree.

goals for the coming week are fixing a couple things in the new api i
don't like, and documenting it, in addition to looking into implementing
the task based control center.
