Sysprof 2

Hi!

Looks like this list has been inactive for a couple of years. So I doubt
too many people are listening anymore, but maybe so.

I've been working a bunch on sysprof the last week, and I hope to land
things in the next few days.

The goals are two-fold:

1) Port everything to Gtk3 and fix some usability issues (such as
requiring root in the UI)
2) Abstract things a bit and include a libsysprof for use in IDEs such
as Builder.

The work-in-progress can be found at
https://github.com/chergert/sysprof2 and I hope to start merging things
to git.gnome.org in the next few days.
