[Straw] ruby on rails naming conventions for schema

Hi,

I was on IRC a few days discussing the schema for the next version of
straw.  As a fledgling Ruby, and Ruby on Rails, coder, I'm requesting
that RoR naming conventions are used for the database schema.

This is just a quick note, wanted to get this "on the record" sooner
rather than later for consideration.
