[Straw] Straw 0.26.1 Release

Since Jan is working on a new backend DB for Straw, I was thinking of
trying to make a 0.26.1 release before we make the change.  There are
a number of patches already in CVS and I think there are at least a
few more in bugzilla which would be welcome out in the real world.

So, two questions:

a) Any specific patches in bugzilla that people want in?
b) Any objections to doing this?
