I've been to ownCloud conference 2018. I asked Holger Dyroff (https://www.linkedin.com/in/holgerdyroff/) if he has a problem to propose him as keynote (I added that on the Gitlab) and also I asked him for sponsor and he said OK. I also met my friends from openSUSE. I talked to openSUSE board chairman, Richard Brown (https://www.linkedin.com/in/sysrich/) and to marketing-community liaison, Douglas DeMaio (https://www.linkedin.com/in/douglasdemaio). Both told me that SUSE/openSUSE sponsor every year GUADEC conference. I'm not sure where to send official mail.

I've been to Nextcloud conference also and asked Frank Karlitcheck if he's ok t propose him for keynote. I didn't ask for sponsor. Not sure if they want-can sponsor us, but worth a shot. The guy responsible for marketing is Jos Poortvliet. You can reach him at jos nextcloud com.
