[Snowy] Using Snowy on a SNI enabled domain

Hey folks,

after Canonical pulled the plug I am trying to run my own snowy
instance. I think it runs great but tomboy doesn't connect to it due to
the webserver delivering the content only if the client used SNI to set
up the HTTPS connection.

My question now is whether there are any users out there facing the same
problem and whether there are patches against Tomboy to create a SNI
connection without going through System.Web as it doesn't support SNI:

Alternatively, does anybody have some example code to create a SNI
connection? The above mentioned bug has a test case.
