[Snowy] I want to host my own Snowy

I cannot host Snowy on my HostDime shared server (they do not offer Django and they said they will not install it for me either) and their VPS or dedicated server (or anyone's) is too costly for just this tiny app. So, please let me know of any alternatives you people might know of where I can host Snowy (only for me or maybe a few friends). Here is the list of what I am looking for:

• I want to pay for what I use and not more. (Amazon EC2 is something that will cost me dollars for the amount of RAM they allot me and not just the few MBs or so Snowy will use, right?)
• I will not host any website or any other huge/little app on the server
• I am also looking for a tutorial or walk through of Snowy setup on such a server/platform (if any of you have done that then please share) that will cost me according to my actual usage.
