[Snowy] Final prep for Tomboy Online Alpha launch. Can we do this by Monday?

Hey everyone,

I finally tracked down the issue that delayed our planned alpha
launch. Jeff was right, it was Snowy code, not server stuff, that was
triggering the hangs.

I haven't pushed the fix yet. It requires an Apache configuration
change that I'm not totally familiar with. If you have good Python
and/or WSGI experience, please share any feedback you have on this bug
[0].

So, what else do we need to do? Paul is working on the initial invite
list. We need to subscribe these people to the new tomboy-online-list
[1], and send an email out with a dump of the FAQ [2]. Jeff and I
will check the admin tool periodically for new approved accounts, and
active as appropriate (this may be worth automating if we continue in
private alpha for a significant amount of time, and keep adding
people).

If you have a moment, please review the FAQ [2] and point out anything
that is missing.

Am I forgetting anything else? Any bugs that really should be handled
before Alpha? Beuler?

Keeping my fingers crossed for a Monday launch,
Sandy
