Comment out the line
recaptcha_django.middleware.ReCaptchaMiddleware
in
MIDDLEWARE_CLASSES
in the file
settings.py .

I don't see why I should need recaptcha just to play with this, maybe
it should be
left out by default.

To login to Snowy, use the Django superuser account you created when
installing Django. Creating a Snowy account and logging in under it
did not work for me.

When I did get logged in, I hit a cul de sac. The preferences link
works, but there is no link to follow to create or see notes. I
entered http://localhost:8000/user/notes manually, but that has a
TemplateDoesNotExist at /user/notes/ exception.

Thanks for the great work on Tomboy. Snowy is a great idea, and I hope
these notes help others get up and running more quickly.
