[Shotwell] error while loading shared libraries

Hi All,

I've cloned shotwell onto my Fedora 27 machine and followed the INSTALL
instructions which appeared to complete successfully, however when I
try to run shotwell I get:

shotwell: error while loading shared libraries: libshotwell-plugin-dev-
1.0.so.0: cannot open shared object file: No such file or directory

I've consulted Google but come up short, can anyone point me in the
right direction please?
