Re: [Shotwell] --no-monitoring does not work



I'm using the current version 2.6.3 with xubuntu 17.04 and tried to
stop the start up library scan by applying the -- no-monitoring
parameter as described in the man pages but shotwell keeps scanning
for ~15min and is not really usable during this time (too slow).
There are no error messages or hints in the shell.

sorry, that message somehow fell through. Can you run again with
SHOTWELL_LOG=1 exported in the shell and check
~/.cache/shotwell/shotwell.log for any hints?
