[Shotwell] ouch! Segmentation Fault if you do this ...

1. Select batch of images to Export
2. Start Export dialogue
3. Navigate to folder you want to export to ... e.g. ~dougie/zf1
4. Notice that ~dougie/zf1 still has loads of stuff in it ages ago
5. Open up a shell, and rm ~/zf1/*
6. Shotwell immediately crashes. Segmentation Fault. Nothing in logs.

Quite dramatic but easily work-roundable.
