Hi Clinton, Hi Joe, Hi all

that was good point for me to check because I'm using a
Beta-graphicsdriver one of my machine.

So I started up my laptop with Intel HD graphic, copied db+cache and
started shotwell.
But the error exists on both :-(

http://img839.imageshack.us/img839/6615/shotwellshadow.png

here you can see the border from good shadow, to bad shadow.

If anyone experience the same it would be nice to compare our systems.
Because - Don laugh pls ;-) - I'm using the xorg-edgers on both ubuntu
12.04 64bit machines.
Everything, sure, everything is stable for me. One with Amd-Card, the
other with intel hd graphic.

So if noone uses xorg-edgers and don experience this problem it should
be based there. But Iḿ nearly unable to purge the ppa on both at the
moment. Will try to check an VMinstall if I find any time.

thanks and kind regards
Marc
