[Shotwell] suggestions

1. Read and Display GeoLocation - e.g. in a OSM map which could be displayed
- per Album
- per picture
- one map showing all pictures - or at least the most popular picture of one
event
- allow to split an event into multiple * e.g. one import and day had two
events
2. Move to Launchpad for easier bug reporting and blueprint assignment
3. improve performance loading full size (8MP) pictures
