how to move seahorse passwords to another computer

Hello seahorse developers!

Thank you for the utility which is very useful.
I would like to know how I can move with my data
to another machine with fresh install of Ubuntu?

I currently do not keep any pgp keys but lots of
ftp-passwords in my seahorse and I could not
find any information regarding transfer of them
to another machine.

Can you please help me?
