Maintainership of seahorse-plugins

Adam, I was wondering if you would like to take over official
maintainership of seahorse-plugins?

You understand the various plugins far better than I do. So I thought
this would fit things. As it is I'm unable to build some of the plugins
due to my lack of knowledge of how they work.

seahorse-plugins is an important part of GNOME, and I fear I'm not
giving it the focus that it needs.
