Since it's a module split, there's no need to go through the new module
process. I'm assuming you want seahorse-plugins to go in the desktop
suite.

Please just add a mention about it on
http://live.gnome.org/TwoPointTwentythree/Desktop and, if possible, do
the required changes in jhbuild modulesets.

It's already on it's own in seahorse/plugins/trunk.

Not after svn-admins get us the svn dump we asked for a month or so ago.

I've made the changes to the jhbuild modulesets and in order to make
things work properly, renamed the svn repo from seahorse/plugins to
seahorse/seahorse-plugins.
