My todos before 1.8.0

Here's my list of items to be done before 1.8.0:

* Rename tabs/tab.jl -> tab/frames.jl. Some more tab rework.
* Extend hot-spot to accept also commands and lisp expressions.
* Cleanup jump-or-exec.jl (Mostly toggle-or-exec / iconify-on-leave
  issues.) When it's done, write their doc.
* Misc

tabgroup.jl deserves incompatible refactoring (have got some ideas),
but it delays the release, and it's mostly internal changes, not
of UI, so I won't do it now.
