Not that kind of mailboxes, but this .gz ones from
http://mail.gnome.org/archives/sawfish-list/

Getting the old posts is a lot faster by getting the txt (and with
some postprocessing, you get a mbox file that can be feed into many
mail apps), for example if you need to look up something, or even have
to unsuscribe and then later want to get all the emails (more or less,
they will lack some headers),
