Commit!? Please, never push this kind of cheap tricks to upstream!

Window properties are fundamental parts of matcher. If it has a bug,
(it's unconfirmed yet.) it requires serious commitment. At least
in-depth checks using hooks is necessary.  This timer hack belongs to
starting points of analysis, and is good to share, but never a goal.

You've got to confirm:
* Does it happen to other properties?
* In which windows? Always?
