[README] Sawfish 2.90 branched

Hi all,

now I'm currently preparing Sawfish/Pager releases. Yesterday I created the
"sawfish-2.90" branch. Which will go HEAD after a while and will lead to Sawfish 3.0
(obviously).

Currently I'm working on the Edge-Flip things already accepted (say: module refactoring,
moving things to C -- customizable Edge-Action are not yet fully discussed, so it's
basically the same than before, but improved).
