It should be 1.7.0.1 which is 1.7.0 + the poweroff bugfix
only.

I'm not sure of the current HEAD quality. It compiled on my PC,
enabling translations, but it's a weak corroboration. An edit of emacs
file "sawfish.el" done by me after 1.7.0 had a serious bug. It's
fixed, but it indicates that things are not always so innocuous.

It's not an explicit policy, but from another custom of ours 1.7.0.1
indicates 1.7.0 is deprecated. But 1.7.1 doesn't; it implies that
1.7.0 is still a compatible choice. (If you agree it, I'll record it
in the wiki.)

And if we follow our custom, 1.7.1 would contain more. (It's merely
a custom, not a rule, though.)

And it won't hurt at all to release 1.7.0.1.
